Tokayev reprimands heads of three regions of Kazakhstan

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reprimanded heads of Chimkent, Aktobe and Pavlodar regions Murat Aitenov, Ondasyn Urzalin and Abylkair Skakov.
