Mr. Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov said that the increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus in Ukraine and the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in this regard are due to non-compliance with measures to counter the spread of coronavirus by residents of Ukraine. The head of the Ministry of Health said this during a briefing on June 28, which was broadcast on the page of the Ukrainian government in YouTube. The Minister of Health, in particular, answered the question about the reasons for the decrease in the number of infections in Europe after the removal of quarantine, unlike Ukraine, in which, after the mitigation of quarantine, there was a peak in infection. In most European countries, in addition to mitigating quarantine, as in Ukraine, they adhere to the rules that are established. They are not complex, the implementation of these rules. They're very simple. You go into any room: in a restaurant, in any building, in an elevator at home, you just dress a mask. If you are somewhere on the street or go somewhere to supermarkets, in addition to the mask you use a social distance of one and a half meters, you use antiseptics. It not hard. But adhering to these rules reduces the risk of infection with coronavirus infection. And reduces it significantly. It is compliance with these rules, including in European countries, that affects the fact that they do not have such a sharp increase COVID-19 Secondly, in European countries compliance with these rules is strictly controlled both by the owners of institutions and by the relevant regulatory authorities.
